We are seeking a Bilingual Family Practice Physician (Arabic, Farsi, or Pashto) to join our team at the El Cajon Family Health Center. This is one of our largest integrated health facilities, offering a broad spectrum of care tailored to the needs of our diverse patient population.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
- Salary: $290,000 – $335,000 annually (full-time; part-time and per diem options available)

Roles & Responsibilities 📋
- Provide compassionate, high-quality medical care to a diverse patient group
- Perform routine exams, procedures, and screenings
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and point-of-care tests
- Evaluate complex cases and refer to specialists as needed
- Supervise and mentor Advance Practice Providers
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity; utilize translation resources when necessary
- Complete documentation adhering to departmental standards
- Maintain electronic medical records, including medication reconciliation and note finalization
- Participate in meetings, minimize incident reports, and practice cost-effective medicine
- Contribute to Clinical Outcomes Program and organizational metrics
- Manage administrative duties and on-call schedule promptness
- Keep medical license, DEA registration, and BLS/CPR updated
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements ✅
- Doctorate from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or eligible in primary care
- Current unrestricted California medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA license
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS or Advanced Trauma Life Support preferred
- Experience with underserved, low-income, or homeless populations preferred
- Fluency in Arabic, Farsi, or Pashto is required
