• Team: Join a group of 3 internists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Patient Panel: Community growth and demand driven
• Care Setting: 100% outpatient

Schedule & Work Environment

• Workweek: Choose between 4 or 5 days
• Flexibility: Create your own monthly schedule, with an agreed-upon number of hours
• Weekend Work: Clinic is open on weekends, but weekend shifts are not mandatory
• Experience: Over 20 years in business
• Technology: EMR system in place
• Leadership: Leadership skills preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $280,000 to $310,000 guaranteed, with productivity/quality bonuses
• Benefits: Full benefits package included
