Job Overview 📋
This recruitment aims to establish an eligibility list to fill current and anticipated vacancies for the 2025-2026 school year. Under the supervision of a site administrator, the role includes:
- Conducting a variety of parent education workshops in conjunction with the District Office
- Coordinating and publicizing parent activities and educational opportunities
- Fostering positive relationships among parents, schools, and students
- Recruting and scheduling volunteer services within the school
- Performing other related duties as assigned
**Note:** College coursework in communications, journalism, public relations, English, other languages, education, or related fields is highly desirable.
General Requirements & Conditions ✅
- Subscribe to an Oath of Allegiance
- Submit to a tuberculosis examination
- Be finger-printed
- Complete a pre-placement physical examination

CERTIFICATION & ELIGIBILITY LIST 📜
Certification Process 📝
When a vacancy occurs, the Classified Personnel Director submits the top three candidates’ names to the appointing authority, known as “certification.” The appointing authority may select any of these candidates. Those not appointed remain on the eligibility list.

Candidates who successfully complete all phases of the application and examination process will be ranked on an eligibility list, which typically remains in effect for one year.
