Responsibilities 🛠️

• Process and follow up on stores' facility-related requests.
• Communicate with vendors regarding facility management needs.
• Handle invoice processing and payments to vendors.
• Create draft reports for various projects.
• Visit regional stores periodically to oversee and follow up on requests.
• Support the opening of new store locations.
• Manage schedules for maintenance staff.

Job Qualifications ✅

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations and store interactions.
• Relevant experience is a plus.
