Role Overview

The Facility Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facility services, ensuring:

• High-quality service delivery
• Operational efficiency
• Continuous improvement across assigned facilities

This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring contractual compliance. The manager will also handle preventative and predictive maintenance programs and oversee reporting through CMMS systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong leadership with experience managing large teams in complex environments
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or battery production facilities is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Korean and familiarity with Korean corporate culture strongly preferred
• 5-7 years in facility or operations management
• Experience managing large-scale facilities (1-3 million sq. ft.)
• Janitorial or plant management background is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead contact for facility management services, promoting continuous improvement
• Manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs across assigned sites
• Oversee daily operations and lead a team of approximately 35-45 staff members
• Ensure all contractual requirements are met or exceeded, maintaining client satisfaction
• Monitor quality assurance programs and address customer expectations
• Assess facility conditions, estimate costs for repairs, upgrades, and renovations
• Maintain accurate data within CMMS systems for compliance and reporting
• Define operational requirements, including problem-solving and facility planning
• Build strong client relationships, identifying solutions for evolving needs
• Adapt strategies dynamically in response to operational changes
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Proactively address operational challenges and implement improvements
• Analyze asset lifecycle and replacement values
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure operational excellence
