🎯 Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Greet guests and provide entertainment through interaction.
• Model for photos and participate in promotional shoots.
• Engage in social media marketing aligned with brand standards.
• Manage all aspects of beverage sales, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Set up bars and handle all cash transactions accurately.
• Conduct opening and closing inventories of stock.
• Take and deliver guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Understand guest limitations and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🛠 Skills You'll Need to Succeed

• Proficient in English and either Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or other Asian languages.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages—liquors, wines, beers, ales—with confidence to recommend and upsell.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing sales.
• Excellent eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and entertainment skills.
• Familiarity with bar equipment, Easy Bar System, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle situations involving intoxicated guests professionally.
• Strong communication skills across departments and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations for alcohol handling.
• Capability to work efficiently under time pressures in a lively environment.
• Understanding of bar operations and customer service standards.

🎓 Qualifications - A Few Must Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Completion of professional bartending or mixology training is a plus.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Alcohol Beverage Control card.
• Compliance with all state gaming regulations, potentially requiring licensing.

💪 Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Ability to climb, bend, reach, and work under various temperature and noise conditions.
