About the Role

As a vital part of our vibrant team, you'll handle food presentation, guest service, and coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This dynamic position offers a lively atmosphere where your enthusiasm and attention to detail make all the difference.

Responsibilities

• Expedite food from kitchen to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and stunning presentation standards.
• Assist servers by delivering food orders efficiently while providing excellent guest service.
• Clear and reset tables quickly, bussing dishes and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing dishes and organizing supplies.
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay guest requests or modifications.
• Maintain food safety standards by handling food properly and practicing sanitation protocols.
• Provide friendly guest service by answering questions about menu items and restaurant offerings.
• Assist with banquet or event setups when required, ensuring smooth large-Function service.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a lively, efficient work environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Experience in food preparation and plating is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members.
• Banquet or catering experience is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel or culinary environments is beneficial.
• Strong commitment to guest service and hospitality excellence.

• Be able to learn Thai Menu and Thai Food — Important
• Good team player with a positive attitude — Important
• Pass Thai Menu Examination — Important
• Availability to work Lunch and Dinner, Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays (except Independence, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).
• Split shifts flexibility.
• Effective communication skills.
• Friendly and polite demeanor.
• OLCC Alcohol serving permit (Preferred).
• Food handler card.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hosting experience or restaurant background.
• Working knowledge of beer and wine.
• Understanding of Thai Food.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus tips:
