SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Exploitation Specialist – Polish to support a US Government client. The role involves media monitoring, translation, and current event awareness, leveraging Polish language skills and cultural knowledge to produce accurate, English-language intelligence products.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client interests, mission requirements, and topical priorities. Adapt research focus based on emerging topics or events.
• Evaluate potential foreign language media sources, including traditional news outlets and social media, conducting research, synthesizing findings, and producing sourced reports in English.
• Follow client style and translation standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
• Leverage client-specific tools and workflows efficiently.
• Meet tight deadlines, including same-day report delivery.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Polish at ILR level 3/3+ or higher (4/4+ may be required), confirmed through standardized language exams
• Expertise in countries and regions where Polish is spoken natively
• Subject matter expertise or education in international topics such as climate change, security, health, politics, culture, economics, energy, cyber threats, emerging technologies, military, or media
• Experience with open source research, social media analysis, and product dissemination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively in virtual, team-based environments
• Strong time and task management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC)
