• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• Strong skills at the sauté station (pasta, sauces, proteins).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.

• Maintain a clean and organized sauté station.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
