Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Manager fluent in Arabic and English to lead our customer service team in Jordan (AMM15). You will oversee a team of 20-25 Customer Service Associates (CSAs), foster team engagement, support their satisfaction, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities 📝

  • Manage daily operations with a team of 20-25 CSAs
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members
  • Prioritize and deliver work aligned with business needs
  • Ensure high-quality service under tight deadlines
  • Monitor weekly/monthly performance metrics and hold process reviews across time zones
  • Lead process improvement initiatives, propose solutions, and implement changes in operational areas
  • Communicate policies clearly to associates and act as the main information source
  • Follow-up to ensure compliance, take corrective actions, and document issues and resolutions

Essential Qualifications ✅

  • 5-7 years of overall experience with 3-4 years in supervisory roles managing teams of 25-30 associates
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent time management, organization, and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude towards change with high motivation levels
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to meet challenging goals efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications ⭐

  • Graduate degree
  • Knowledge of Project Management, Six Sigma, and Lean processes
  • Proficiency with various computer programs
  • Willingness to work 24/7/365, including weekends and outside standard hours
  • Over 3 years of experience in customer service roles
