About the Role

As a dedicated caregiver, you will directly support patients with their daily needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your role is vital in helping our clients live comfortably and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: Feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Monitor and support health needs: Check on nutrition, hydration, exercise, and hygiene routines.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals, helping or assisting with feeding as needed.
• Personal care: Help patients bath, groom, and dress to maintain their dignity.
• Patient repositioning and mobility: Turn and reposition bedridden patients; assist with walking and wheelchair transfers.
• Maintain a clean environment: Keep rooms tidy and sterile; change soiled bedding and bedpans.
• Provide compassionate support: Respond promptly to calls for help with patience and empathy.
• Follow regulations: Adhere to all state and federal standards and procedures.

Qualifications

We are seeking motivated individuals who are committed to delivering quality care. Previous experience as a PCA or caregiver is preferred but not mandatory. Compassion and a proactive attitude are essential! 😊
