About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will be part of our highly skilled remote team, advising on travel arrangements, researching options, and ensuring compliance with policies—all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do 🛫
- Advise and arrange travel plans for corporate clients
- Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs and promoting additional services
- Book domestic and international travel including air, road, rail, and accommodations of varying complexity
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Sabre for reservations and bookings
- Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Apply positive communication techniques over the phone, handling special customer requests effectively
- Collaborate and mentor within your team to boost service quality and performance

What We're Looking For 🔍
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and French
- Excellent professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Passion for delivering exemplary client service, with proactive need anticipation
- Native GDS expertise in Sabre
- Strong attention to detail
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling personal traveler information
- Deep understanding of the travel industry—background in business or leisure travel and airline reservations preferred
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and independently, with suppliers if necessary
- Team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
Working Hours & Location
Account Operating Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm EST
Location: Canada
Compensation & Benefits
The Canada national base salary range for this role is from $40,600.00 to $75,400.00. Actual salaries depend on experience, skills, work location, and role complexity.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
