Key Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Vehicle Sales Consultants. ☑️
• Establish clear vision and set annual and monthly goals for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits.
• Ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing, managing day-to-day operations with high involvement.
• Build a strong network of clientele and prospects by working directly with customers.
• Develop strategies and promotional campaigns to foster sales growth.
• Analyze market and sales reports to forecast potential sales volumes and inform marketing efforts.
• Investigate business metrics, identify shortfalls, and implement action plans to improve performance.

Employee Prerequisites ✅

• Advanced Volkswagen sales management experience (3-5 years). Compensation based on expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English — both with strong fluency
• Well-groomed and professionally presented appearance
