Seeking an Executive Communication & Presence Coach for High-Level Leadership Development

I'm a General Manager overseeing Corporate & Key Accounts Sales, seeking a highly experienced coach to enhance my communication, influence, and executive presence in critical meetings.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with me one-on-one to refine my skills for high-stakes, often Arabic-language, executive interactions. The ideal candidate has substantial experience working directly with senior leaders, understands complex senior-level environments, and can deliver tailored, impactful coaching.

Scope of Work

• Enhance executive presence — tone, confidence, authority, and composure
• Refine verbal communication in Arabic for executive settings
• Structure and deliver messages concisely and effectively
• Increase influence — driving alignment and shaping decisions in meetings
• Practice real scenarios — upcoming meetings and stakeholder conversations
• Provide candid feedback — straightforward insights, not generic advice

What We're Not Looking For

• Public speaking or basic presentation skills trainers
• Entry-level communication coaches
• Academic or theoretical coaching without direct executive exposure

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience coaching senior executives or C-suite leaders
• Strong background in executive communication and leadership coaching
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and professional/business proficiency is mandatory)
• Experience facilitating high-stakes meetings (boardrooms, strategy sessions, negotiations)
• Comfort in challenging clients and providing honest, constructive feedback

Engagement Model

• 1:1 coaching sessions — weekly or bi-weekly
• Practical, scenario-based approach — not just theoretical
• Duration — initial 4 to 6-week engagement, extendable based on progress
