Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage administrative duties for the President & CEO, providing support across various functions with minimal supervision.
Contract Details
- Duration: 2-3 month assignment to start
- Hourly Rate: $35-38/hour depending on experience
- Full-Time Equivalent: $75,000-$80,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Manage Calendar: Schedule and maintain President & CEO’s appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, anticipating changes and preparing materials as needed.
- Communications: Answer and screen calls and visitors professionally, handling inquiries tactfully and directing them appropriately.
- Liaison Role: Act as the point of contact between the President & CEO, her reports, internal/external contacts, and Board members by composing correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Information Dissemination: Share information within the organization as needed.
- Administrative Paperwork: Coordinate approval paperwork, such as attendance sheets, travel, and expense reports, following up with relevant departments.
- Social Media Support: Engage as an ambassador for social media efforts by sharing posts within your networks to amplify reach and foster community involvement. 📢
- Additional Support: Assist other executives with administrative tasks, special projects, or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Polished personality with discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional multi-tasking and adaptability skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent thinker with strong organizational skills
- Proactive team player with great initiative
- Ability to research, compile information, and generate reports
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; quick learner of new programs
- Strong work ethic, with a preference for in-person collaboration in a high-energy environment
- Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus
