About The Role

Under moderate supervision, you will perform a variety of complex and highly confidential administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties for the Executive Vice President. This role requires a high degree of skill and competence, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use independent judgment—emphasizing confidentiality, administrative detail, prioritization, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✉️ Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • 🗓️ Managing calendars effectively
  • 🤝 Supporting the executive in all administrative functions

Requirements

Educational & Experience Qualifications

  • 🎓 High School diploma/GED preferred
  • 📝 1 to 3 years of executive assistant experience

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • 🔧 Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
  • 🗂️ 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • 💻 Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft Project
  • 🧠 Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
