Position Overview 🎯

As a fast-growing AI startup (BRIA AI), we are transforming how enterprises utilize conversational intelligence. We need a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication whether based in Tel Aviv or New York City.

What You’ll Do 📝

Office & Operations 🏢

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including managing office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate with HR, finance, and facilities teams for cross-functional needs
  • Organize offsite events, team gatherings, and investor meetings

Executive Support ⏰

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings across different time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting

Communications & Content ✍️

  • Create engaging and clear posts for LinkedIn, company blog, and Twitter/X
  • Assist in drafting internal newsletters and executive communications

What We’re Looking For 🌟

  • Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
  • Proactive & Discreet: Anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with care
  • Flexibility: Comfortable shifting priorities, managing TLV/NY time zones, and working outside standard hours when needed
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and editing abilities for social media and blogs
  • Organizational Wizardry: 2+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools like Monday.com and Notion

Nice to Have ✨

  • Experience in a tech or startup environment
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Figma for quick visuals
  • Familiarity with VC and investor relations processes
