About The Role

We’re seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Events Manager to oversee the planning and execution of in-person marketing events across all five NYC boroughs. From lively brand activations to promotional setups in bustling areas, you'll ensure every detail is perfect — from materials to attendee experience.

What You’ll Do

• 🎯 Plan, schedule, and execute marketing events and activations
• 📦 Manage all event logistics: materials, vendors, locations, timelines
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for alignment and support
• 🛠 Supervise set-up and breakdown at event sites
• 🚚 Track inventory and deliveries from warehouse to field
• 📈 Report on market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 1+ year experience in events, field marketing, or logistics
• 🗂 Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• 💼 Confident in leading teams and working on-site
• 🗣 Excellent communication skills
• 🔧 Solution-oriented and resourceful mindset
• 🚶‍♂️ Able to travel daily within NYC
• 🗣 Fluent in Spanish
