Employment Details:

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year + Full Benefits

• English & Japanese: Fluency in both languages is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Managing and executing SAP ERP and related system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and operations, specifically in financial accounting.
• 📅 Overseeing project execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery, exceeding client expectations.
• 🛠️ Analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs and solve software requirements.
• ⚙️ Configuring changes to SAP ERP and other systems as necessary.
• 📝 Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including program designs and operation manuals, and conducting training sessions.
• 💼 Leading and motivating project team members to achieve project goals.
• 💡 Supporting project management activities such as sales, proposals, and business development.
• 🔎 Analyzing client inquiries and requirements to adapt SAP ERP configurations for financial accounting purposes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 🧠 Strong project management capabilities.
• 🔍 Expertise in requirement analysis, development, and implementation of SAP ERP in financial accounting.
• ✅ Minimum 3 years of user support experience and 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.
• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 📜 SAP Certified Application Associate in Financial Accounting (preferred).
• 🎯 PMP Certification (preferred).
• 🗣️ Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• 🈳 Business-level Japanese language skills are a plus.
