Key Responsibilities 📝

• Manage and perform SAP ERP and related system requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operations for key clients in the financial accounting domain.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery that exceeds client expectations.
• Resolve software needs by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user requirements.
• Adjust SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation, including program designs and operation manuals, interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions when necessary.
• Lead and motivate project team members to achieve goals.
• Handle project management responsibilities including sales support, proposals, and business development activities.
• Analyze client inquiries and requirements, modifying SAP ERP system configurations specifically in financial accounting.

Required Qualifications & Skills 🎯

• Strong project management capabilities.
• Analytical skills for requirement gathering, development, and implementation of SAP ERP within financial accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years user support experience and 7 years implementation experience with SAP ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preference for SAP Certified Application Associate in Financial Accounting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Japanese language skills at business level are an advantage.
