Key Responsibilities

• Managing and performing SAP ERP and other systems-related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget completion that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Solving software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to fit user needs.
• Changing SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs as needed.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of program designs and operational manuals, and conducting training sessions.
• Communicating and negotiating with project stakeholders.
• Analyzing client inquiries and requirements.

The Right Candidate Will Possess

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of user support and 5 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills for requirement definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP ERP and related systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred SAP Application Associate certifications.
• Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Effective written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate Japanese language skills are also required for this role.
