Key Responsibilities

• Getting to know customers and their personal financial goals
• Providing advice on spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
• Introducing digital banking solutions via apps and ATMs
• Collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams
• Making outbound calls to acquire new clients and schedule financial checkups
• Ensuring compliance with all financial policies and regulations

Required Qualifications ✅

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Mandarin
• Previous banking experience
• At least 2 years in sales and customer service, meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Proficiency with digital technology and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated with the capacity to multitask
• Flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment screenings
• Ability to complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of application

Preferred Skills & Experience ⭐

• 1 year of cash handling experience
