Are you an outgoing, people-oriented individual who enjoys helping others? If so, this role offers the perfect opportunity! Using your strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with your broad financial knowledge, you'll:

• Provide personalized financial recommendations: Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, supporting their personal financial goals like buying a home, saving for education, or planning for the future.
• Introduce digital banking solutions: Encourage customers to use our app and ATMs for convenient transactions.
• Collaborate with specialists: Work with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to assist customers with complex financial needs.
• Conduct outbound calls: Reach out to new and existing customers to schedule financial checkups and identify their financial needs over time.
• Adhere to policies: Follow all policies and procedures, including cash handling, laws, and regulations.

📝 Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Punjabi
• At least 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Strong communication skills to identify customer needs and build relationships
• Proficiency with digital technology and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and partners
• Self-motivated, confident, and capable of multitasking
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including pre-employment checks and NMLS registration
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying

Hours per week: 40

Work schedule: Varies depending on branch needs, including weekends and evenings.

Salary range: $28.75 - $35.38 per hour, based on location, skills, and experience.
