🛠️ Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance operational practices.
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs (LOTO, PPE, forklift operation, chemical handling, emergency response, etc.).
• Ensure comprehensive safety and environmental onboarding for new hires.
• Coach supervisors and employees on safe work practices and compliance requirements.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Health and Safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and other federal, state, and local safety regulations.

🎓 Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in health & safety, EHS compliance, or transportation safety.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain EHS programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in operations or related fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities essential.
