Role Description

We are seeking an Entry Level SCM (Supply Chain Management) Coordinator who is bilingual in Korean and English. This full-time, on-site position is based in City of Industry, CA. The role involves coordinating various supply chain activities, managing inventory, supporting quality operations, liaising with customers, and ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery. Collaboration and effective communication are essential to the success of this role. 🤝

Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics support
• 🔹 Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment planning
• 🔹 Communicate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of goods
• 🔹 Support procurement and sourcing activities as needed
• 🔹 Maintain accurate records and update ERP or other supply chain systems
• 🔹 Prepare basic supply chain reports and track KPIs
• 🔹 Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• 📝 Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• 📊 Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• 🧠 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• 🤝 Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• 🚀 Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges

Salary Range

$45,760 ~ $55,000 per year
