About the Role

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our growth, engaging with clients and coordinating appointments for our licensed sales team. Your efforts will help connect seniors with the healthcare solutions they need through friendly communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • 📞 Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to connect with potential clients.
  • 🗣️ Professionally present My Senior Health Plan’s services and establish rapport with leads.
  • 📂 Create and maintain client profiles in our CRM, assist with scheduling, and facilitate live transfers to licensed agents.
  • 🎯 Use sales techniques to nurture leads and achieve sales targets.
  • 📚 Stay informed about Medicare products and insurance industry fundamentals.
  • ✅ Meet sales goals and adhere to administrative deadlines consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 🎓 Associate's degree in Business or related field.
  • 🌐 Multilingual abilities in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are a plus.
  • 📱 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
  • 🖥️ Comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • 🎯 Passion for the insurance industry and helping seniors.
  • 📝 Willingness to become a licensed sales agent (training provided).

Work Environment & Schedule

  • 💻 Stationary role utilizing computer and office equipment.
  • ⚖️ Light lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • 🏢 Office setting with occasional movement within the workspace.
  • 🕗 Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:15 pm.
