Role Overview 🎯

Based in San Jose, CA, this in-office role involves:

  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations
  • Engaging with prospects via phone, email, social platforms, and in person
  • Outbound prospecting into target accounts in Italy, the UK, and beyond
  • Building relationships with director through C-level executives to generate qualified meetings
  • Developing your career with opportunities to advance within the sales organization

Responsibilities 🚀

  • Prioritization & Research: Collaborate with Field Sales to identify key target accounts, develop detailed research templates, and assess opportunities and hierarchies.
  • Prospecting & Engagement: Make 100+ calls/emails/LinkedIn outreach daily to secure sponsor meetings and create interest in Bloom solutions.
  • Articulation of Value: Clearly communicate Bloom’s value proposition via various channels to differentiate our solutions.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Log activities and insights diligently into SalesLoft and other CRM tools.
  • Self-Initiative: Lead projects and initiatives that add value to the organization.

Skills & Experience ✅

  • Fluent in Italian with strong professional proficiency in English
  • Willing to work early hours to align with market time zones
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation, inside sales, or similar roles, achieving quotas and goals
  • Exceptional cold-calling skills: engaging, credible, and compelling
  • Ability to research and synthesize information from websites, reports, and analyst insights into impactful messages
  • Experience targeting Directors, VPs, or CXO decision makers
  • Strong objection handling, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of complex solutions and value proposition delivery
  • Professional demeanor, confident communication, and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales tools, and office software
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-tech, software, or commercial organizations
