Your Responsibilities 🎯

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the architect team
• Design, plan, and implement architecture for private cloud solutions
• Collaborate regularly with the customer’s architecture board
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible, secure, and standards-compliant
• Stay abreast of technological trends and integrate innovative solutions
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for team development
• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Occasional short-term travel to client sites, mainly around Wuppertal

Qualifications 📋

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cloud solution architecture, especially private cloud
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and architectural principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clarify complex topics
• Stakeholder engagement and project management experience
• Experience in enterprise architecture development and IT infrastructure management
• Understanding of business processes and their IT dependencies
• Knowledge of healthcare environments, software-defined networking, and hyper-converged infrastructures is a plus
• Proficiency in German at C2 level, especially for negotiations
