🚀 The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth based in Italy to prospect and expand existing business across the country. Your key responsibilities include identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. Our sales approach is consultative—prioritizing understanding customer needs before presenting our solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in articulating the value of Grafana products.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within existing customer accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management
- Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understand and communicate the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Handle quote creation, order processing, and daily customer requests
🎯 What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
- A proven track record of consistent goal achievement in competitive environments (top 10% performer)
- Adaptability with experience in high-velocity tech companies
- Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, written)
- Fluent in both English and Italian (spoken & written)
✨ Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with open-source technologies
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies
💰 Compensation & Rewards
In Italy, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) range for this role is EUR 170,000 - EUR 210,000. Actual compensation will be aligned based on experience and skills, evaluated throughout the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), fostering ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs ensure our team is invested as we grow globally.
