📝 Job Overview

• Position: Interpreter (English & French)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Night Shift (US Pacific Time Zone)
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week, from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Malaysia time (shift changes every 3 months)
• Location: Work From Home (WFH)

🎯 Responsibilities

Your primary role is to bridge communication gaps by interpreting real-time conversations accurately. For example, during a live emergency call from 911, you will:

• Interpret between French-speaking callers and English-speaking emergency operators
• Convey messages clearly and ensure mutual understanding

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM4,800 - RM5,200 per month
• Additional Benefits: SOCSO, EPF, overtime pay
• Paid Leave: 14 days sick leave, 12 days annual leave, and select Malaysia & US public holidays

🎓 Training Program

The training lasts for 3 weeks, comprising theoretical and practical components:

• Training Duration: 3 weeks (8 hours/day, including a 1-hour break), from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM Malaysia time
• Training Allowance: RM 2,650 + RM 400 security deposit for gadgets
• Live Sessions: 9 sessions (divided into 2 parts each), totaling 18 hours
• Total Training Hours: 105 hours including assessments, tutorials, and modules
• Nesting Days (13/14/15): Dedicated to live phone calls

✅ Training Completion & Payment

The training allowance is payable only upon successful completion of the entire 3-week program.

🔎 Requirements

• Proficient in both English and French, with reading and writing skills in both languages
• Available to start work any time between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour break
• This is an entry-level position with no specific qualifications required
• Open to applicants from Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam
