Customer Support Interpreter - Night Shift (Remote)

Job Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Reading & Writing: Basic reading and writing skills in Cantonese or Mandarin (training purpose only)
• Work Schedule: Willing to work permanent night shifts; support for remote work aligning with US Pacific Time Zone
• Internet Connection: Home cable network with a minimum download speed of 5MB and upload speed of 1MB
• Device Requirements: iPhone with iOS 16 or above OR Android device with OS 12 or above

Job Scope:
