Job Description

We are seeking motivated candidates with engineering and estimating experience in CNC tool manufacturing, eager to expand into sales roles and fluent in Japanese.

Position Responsibilities

🔧 Turnkey Project Development & Execution

• Key Tasks: Generate leads, collaborate with potential customers to refine project concepts and scope, select suitable suppliers, finalize and present proposals, and oversee project execution.
• Work Summary: Engage with customers facing existing problems or upcoming needs. Gather relevant information through observations and interviews, identify critical points, and prepare draft RFQs (Request for Quotes).
• Skills & Knowledge Required: Ability to read engineering drawings, strong communication skills (writing and oral), familiarity with various manufacturing processes.
• Recommended Skills: Project management, organization skills, CAD modeling, and East Asian language skills for international supplier coordination.

🛠️ Contract Manufacturing

• Key Tasks: Generate leads, select appropriate suppliers based on manufacturing methods, ensure CAD and quality control.
• Work Summary: Utilize partner factories for contract manufacturing services, handle RFQs based on customer drawings or physical samples, and verify 3D models for accuracy before production.
• Skills & Knowledge Required: Reading engineering drawings, familiarity with CNC metal cutting, post-processing techniques (plating, engraving).
• Recommended Skills: 3D CAD modeling.

🧩 Ad Hoc Sourcing

• Key Tasks: Clarify customer needs, identify and engage with suitable suppliers, develop quotations, and manage sales and delivery processes.
• Work Summary: Understand customer requirements, find the best suppliers, and execute quotation, sale, and delivery efficiently.
• Skills & Knowledge Required: Broad understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier research skills, proficiency in Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
