Position Overview

While sales experience is not required, a background in engineering and estimating within a CNC tool manufacturing setting, along with Japanese language skills, is essential. Candidates should possess a desire to learn sales and demonstrate strong technical and organizational abilities.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Engineering & Estimating: Leverage experience in CNC tool manufacturing to support project development and client proposals.
• Language Skills: Utilize Japanese language skills for international supplier communication and project coordination.

🛠️ Turnkey Project Development & Execution

Key Tasks

• Generate leads and collaborate with potential customers to refine project concepts and scope 📝
• Select suitable suppliers to perform project tasks 🔍
• Finalize and present project proposals 📊
• Oversee project execution from start to finish 🚀

Work Summary

Initiate by understanding customer challenges or upcoming needs, often when customers are unsure how to solve their problems. This includes collecting relevant information through observations and interviews, identifying critical points, and preparing draft RFQs (Request for Quotation).

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings 📐
• Strong writing skills and effective oral presentation capabilities 🗣️
