Job Responsibilities

• Set-up die trials: Prepare 45-1200 ton capacity stamping and transfer presses imported from Japan for production runs.
• Collaborate with tool and die technicians: Maintain die quality and productivity, assist with shimming and sharpening as needed.
• Maintain dies: Ensure ongoing maintenance of all dies, whether imported or supplied by the customer, throughout the production process.
• Coordinate die changes: Manage die modifications and changes through discussions with customers and clients.
• Communicate with Japanese partners: Confer during die trials to implement necessary adjustments and modifications.
