Are you Ready to Make a Change? 🌟

As the RVP of Emerging Markets, you will lead a motivated team of District Sales Managers and Emerging Market Account Executives. Your mission will be to drive sales, boost revenue, foster employee engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction, all while tailoring solutions to the unique needs of each market. You'll play a key role in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Do You Have the Right Ingredients? 🥘 (Requirements)

  • 5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries, including at least 3 years in senior leadership or management roles
  • Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with prospects in Spanish
  • Proven effectiveness at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies in dynamic environments
  • Attention to detail and a passion for team success and frontline enablement
  • Experience scaling sales in emerging markets or with new product categories
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of fostering results-driven, inclusive teams
  • Proficiency in sales funnel management and data-driven operational strategies
  • Industry background in point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus

Estimated Total Targeted Cash Compensation Range 💰

The targeted range for total cash compensation (base salary, commission, benefits, and equity if eligible) is between $271,000—$434,000 USD. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. Actual starting salary depends on skills, experience, and location.
