Your mission will be to monetize our existing customer base and transform loyal customers into active content creators.

Your Key Responsibilities

🔄 Set Up & Optimize Email Flows for Repeat Purchases

  • Post-purchase education and usage tips
  • Reordering prompts aligned with lash serum cycle
  • Customer re-engagement campaigns

🎥 Build a Simple but Effective UGC System

  • Encourage customers to share before/after photos on TikTok
  • Create targeted email campaigns to drive UGC submissions
  • Design incentive structures (discounts, rewards, reposts) to motivate participation

💬 Improve Customer Experience Messaging

  • Craft clear, straightforward, and conversion-focused emails
  • Prioritize performance over overdesign

What You Should Know
