About the Role

• Territory: Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas
• Target Audience: Teachers and educational staff
• Products: Insurance, annuity/financial products, and Section 125 administration
• Key Activities:
  • Work within existing school accounts — no cold calling required
  • Meet with educators to enroll them in benefits
  • Build and nurture professional relationships
  • Collaborate with a team to manage and expand your territory
• Training & Support: Extensive training and ongoing support from a dedicated sales team

What We Offer

• Compensation: $46,000 annual base salary plus monthly commissions
• First-Year Income Expectation: $85,000 - $120,000
• Incentives: Dynamic first-year incentives
