About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Education Program Coordinator to join our team, primarily focused on the North American market. As part of the Education Program, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies that enhance Odoo’s educational initiatives. Responsibilities

• Promote the Odoo Education Program to teachers and schools via mass mailing campaigns, social media ads, Education Fairs, and conference presentations 📧📢
• Expand outreach by connecting with education networks, universities, and schools 🎓
• Build strong relationships with teachers, serving as their primary contact and empowering them to advocate for Odoo within their educational communities 💬
• Manage the Scale-Up card game component—organizing promotional activities, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth delivery to educational institutions 🎲

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields 🎓
• Fluent in English and French (professional or native/bilingual), including reading, writing, and speaking 🇫🇷🇺🇸
• At least 1 year of experience in educational content development and strategy 📚
• At least 1 year of experience in communication, marketing, or related fields, preferably in education or nonprofits 📈
• Proficiency with CRM systems, project management software, and relevant tools 🛠️
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills 🎙️
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management 🤝
• Self-motivated and able to work independently 🌟
• Creative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning 🚀
• Valid driver’s license 🚗
• Willingness to travel occasionally (based in Brisbane, CA) ✈️

• Experience in the tech industry, especially SaaS ☁️

Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 — actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and business needs.
