What You Will Learn 📚
The Education Coordinator is key to executing sales and product education activities, ensuring alignment with distributor sales teams, and providing tools and guidance to enhance salon and stylist productivity.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Execute product launches and sales techniques to stimulate stylist product usage.
- Identify and suggest new opportunities for customer development.
- Perform point-of-sale services aligned with customer needs through educational programs.
- Communicate effectively with the SR Education Manager and BDMs to ensure flawless execution of strategies.
- Organize and lead training sessions in salons, academies, or virtual venues, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Convey brand values and enhance in-salon consumer experience.
- Provide training for hairdressing schools within your area and Caribbean territories.
- Train Business Partners on Brand offerings and solutions.
- Lead and coach external educators; assist in their recruitment.
- Manage artist bookings, travel arrangements, and trade visits within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including health, safety, and ethical standards.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Required Qualifications 🎯
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, OR
- College/Technical degree with 5-7 years, OR
- High School Diploma with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Experience in retailer, prescriber, or salon management and influence.
- Ability to build development plans, manage relationships, and collaborate across functions.
- Design and deliver engaging education solutions, coaching, and community engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel: Up to 40% travel expected.

Preferred Qualifications 🌈
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or dermatology industry is a plus.
