Cuemath Is Hiring An Education Community Specialist

Cuemath offers personalized 1:1 math tutoring for school-age children across the US. We are seeking a passionate Part-Time Education Community Specialist to engage with Korean-language parent communities and connect families with our program — no marketing experience required! 🎓🤝

About the Role

This role involves participating authentically within communities you already belong to, sharing honest insights, and helping parents make informed decisions about education options. You will not manage branded accounts or run marketing campaigns but will focus on community building and support.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with Korean-language church education committees and private academy (hagwon) coordinators in LA, NY, or D.C.
  • Engage in Korean-language parent communities via platforms like KakaoTalk groups and MissyUSA — listen, share curriculum content, and answer parent questions.
  • Share feedback on parent inquiries, what resonates, and what needs improvement to help us communicate more relevantly.
  • Review Korean-language marketing materials before they go live — ensuring authenticity and cultural relevance.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Korean speaker (native or near-native)
  • Active participation in Korean-language parent communities such as MissyUSA, KakaoTalk, church education programs, or private hagwon networks
  • Knowledge of Korean-language church education programs (교회 학교) or hagwon environments is a strong plus
  • Background in education: teacher, tutor, private academy coordinator, church education volunteer, or a parent experienced in US math enrichment
  • Community-oriented mindset — this role is not suited for those with a purely marketing background

Commitment & Compensation

10–15 hours/week
💰 $40–50/hr
