We are excited to invite qualified early childhood educators to join our vibrant community, working with children aged 18 months to 5 years. Now interviewing both English and Hebrew speaking teachers to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. 🌟
Available Positions:
- Early Childhood Floater Teacher — Working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Classroom Teacher — Working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a Safe and Engaging Environment: Establish a nurturing classroom that fosters exploration and creativity. 🧸
- Developing and Implementing Curriculum: Design and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs and interests.
- Observing and Assessing Child Development: Use observation skills to monitor progress and tailor curriculum accordingly.
- Collaborating and Communicating: Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues, working collaboratively to enhance practices.
- Ensuring Compliance and Documentation: Complete required paperwork and adhere to licensing regulations.
- Providing Positive Guidance: Support social-emotional development through positive discipline techniques.
- Maintaining Professionalism and Flexibility: Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
- Meeting Physical Requirements: Be physically capable of actively engaging with children and performing necessary duties.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek a dedicated, passionate individual committed to early childhood development. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and eager to engage with children at their level. Strong communication, responsibility, punctuality, flexibility, and a desire for continuous professional growth are essential. Fluency in Hebrew is a plus but not required. 🌟
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months working with children ages 2-5 in licensed settings.
- ECE Units: At least 12 semester units, including core classes.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, conflict resolution, and flexibility.
- Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with open-ended, play-based learning environments (preferred).
