Job Summary

We are seeking a devoted and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to design and implement inspiring lessons that encourage a love for learning, Judaism, and community. Your role will involve creating a stimulating classroom environment and building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging, interactive lessons tailored to young learners
• Developing and implementing curriculum aligned with the school's values and standards
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom
• Building strong relationships with students, families, and fellow teachers
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance learning experiences
• Planning developmentally appropriate activities
• Integrating Limudei Kodesh and General Studies in meaningful ways
• Teaching Parsha, Tefillah, Hebrew readiness, and Chagim with engaging methods
• Developing early literacy skills such as alphabet recognition, phonemic awareness, and pre-reading abilities
• Introducing early math concepts like counting, patterns, and number sense
• Utilizing hands-on, play-based learning centers to promote active engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Passion for working with young children and their families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
