Job Responsibilities 🛠️

Position Overview

As the E-Commerce Supervisor, you will oversee operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows for our e-commerce activities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Design wave criteria to ensure balanced flow throughout the picking process using Line Balancing tools.
• Assume Picking Supervisor responsibilities in the absence of the Picking Manager.
• Monitor wave proves continuously and implement modifications as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in all productivity reports.
• Coach and counsel employees to meet performance standards.
• Maintain and improve work standards, especially when job functions evolve.
• Organize web order workflows and delegate tasks clearly to team members.
• Manage e-commerce inventory and order flow effectively.
• Maintain a promotions calendar, track marketing efforts, analyze data, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all e-commerce service level agreements are consistently met.
• Facilitate seamless information transfer between shifts.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Profile & Qualifications 🎯

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
• Experience in production planning
• Strong computer skills including Manhattan SCALE, Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• RF-based prêt-à-porterless picking experience
• Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certifications
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience within an automated MHE environment
• At least 3 years working with major retailer routing guides
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment

Additional Information ℹ️

LVMH Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000, with flexibility based on experience and performance. While the range provides guidance, we reserve the right to offer outside of these figures.
