About the Role

Your primary responsibility is to serve as the crucial link between social media interactions and sales conversions. You will handle comments and chats across various platforms, converting public engagement into private conversations to close high-value digital sales.

Responsibilities

• Active Engagement: Respond to comments across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance algorithm visibility and foster community growth.
• Strategic Transition: Skillfully convert public interactions (comments) into private DMs to initiate personalized conversations.
• Sales & Closing: Manage direct messages professionally, utilizing effective sales techniques to sell premium content, custom requests, and VIP services.
• Flawless Communication: Use translation tools efficiently to ensure all Italian correspondence is grammatically correct, engaging, and sounds completely natural, avoiding robotic language.

Required Skills

• Perfect Italian via Translator: Proven workflow with translation software (like DeepL, ChatGPT, etc.) to produce high-quality, natural-sounding Italian content.
• Proven Sales Experience: Experience in DM closing or high-ticket sales is essential. We seek a seller, not just a moderator.
• Professionalism with Sensitive Content: Comfort working with creators producing sensitive or mature lifestyle content, maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
