🎯 Position Overview

As a District Manager, you will lead multiple stores to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve operational, sales, and financial goals, and ensure adherence to company policies. Your leadership will motivate store teams, foster development, and ensure efficient operations, including preparing qualified replacements for growth and turnover.

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service within your district and community
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers to exceed expectations
• Ensure compliance with cash security policies and procedures
• Build strong business relationships with customers to promote repeat business
• Establish and nurture a customer service-oriented culture
• Analyze financial statements and trends to maximize sales
• Create strategies to increase market share and revenue
• Control labor hours, cash, store audits, and shrinkage
• Perform regular, thorough district reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

🎯 Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant sectors
• Comfortable engaging with customers and developing relationships
• Strong desire to exceed initiatives and inspire team excellence
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative leadership style
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Honesty, integrity, and strong ethical principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current proof of insurance
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
