How You Will Contribute
- Drive Strategic Point-of-Sales Execution: Define and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Champion In-Store Excellence: Oversee the flawless execution of in-store activities such as distribution, promotions, and shelving to surpass performance targets.
- Lead Trade Optimization: Negotiate trade deals and optimize trade spending to maximize ROI and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cultivate Key Account Partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with major accounts for mutual growth.
- Establish a Culture of Best Practices: Promote collaboration by sharing best practices in field sales, sales tools, activation strategies, and impulse marketing across the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies for Latin America and North America, including budget preparation and senior management presentations.
- Performance Management & Communication: Track and communicate sales performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Marketing Investment Optimization: Strategically allocate marketing budgets to maximize brand growth and return on investment.
- Channel Development & Expansion: Create channel-specific marketing and distribution strategies to enhance geographical and product coverage.
- Portfolio Management & Collaboration: Align core and non-core portfolio strategies with leadership, supporting distributor development and marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, develop, and nurture a high-performing export business team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
What You Will Bring 🚀
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven management skills within FMCG/CPG sectors, covering sales, key accounts, brand management, or field sales.
- Deep Market Knowledge: Expertise in country trade environments and commercial levers.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence relationships at all organizational levels.
- Language Proficiency: Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel internationally 40-50% of the time.
Salary & Benefits 💰
The salary range for this role is $141,000 to $232,650, with exact compensation depending on experience, skills, education, and location. The position includes:
