Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Operations who will oversee multiple departments, develop strategic plans, and drive operational excellence to support our organizational objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Direction: Provide leadership to Directors of Clinic Operations, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring process efficiency and alignment with goals.
  • Policy Compliance: Champion adherence to standard operating procedures and Mia Aesthetics policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinics comply with Quad ASF regulations.
  • Onsite Visits & Support: Travel to clinics for evaluation, training, and support.
  • Issue Resolution: Address escalations and resolve clinic-level problems promptly.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate team performance and implement improvements for quality patient care.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor Directors, address underperformance, and develop future clinic leaders.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication and trust across all locations.
  • Employee Engagement: Focus on retention and motivating team members for long-term commitment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop operational strategies aligned with organizational growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Performance Metrics: Collaborate with leadership on setting goals and KPIs.
  • Technology & Innovation: Drive adoption of new technologies and industry practices.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Oversee inventory control, conduct audits, negotiate contracts, and monitor supply performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on key metrics and analyze data for continual improvement.
  • Budget & Resources: Lead resource allocation and budget management initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service delivery through quality processes.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop Directors of Operations supporting surgical clinics.
  • Provide leadership and remove barriers for operational teams.
  • Drive succession planning, including the development of Clinical Administrators.
  • Model and promote Mia Aesthetics’ Core Values.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare-related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare, particularly clinic operations in a medium-sized medical facility
  • BLS Certification (preferred)
  • HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Certification (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds as needed 💪
  • Travel up to 75% domestically and out of state for clinic visits and meetings ✈️
