About the Role

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Operations Leader based in Dallas, TX (relocation available). This pivotal position will transform a single U.S. location into a fully independent franchise, laying the foundation for future expansion. We seek a bilingual professional (English + Russian or English + Hebrew) with expertise in medical spa management or related healthcare industries such as dental, chiropractic, or wellness centers.

Key Responsibilities 🚀

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an outstanding client experience.
• Design and implement standardized processes, protocols, and systems to replicate success across franchise locations.
• Hire, mentor, and develop clinical, sales, and administrative teams while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Build strategies for sales, customer service, and retention to maximize recurring revenue and client satisfaction.
• Utilize KPIs and operational metrics to make informed decisions, track performance, and report to executive leadership.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and owners to align operations with long-term growth plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications ✅

• Bilingual proficiency: English + Russian or English + Hebrew (required)
• 5–7+ years of leadership in medical spa management, healthcare operations, or franchise-based enterprises
• Proven success in driving revenue growth, client retention, and operational excellence
• Strong financial skills: budgeting, P&L management, KPI reporting, and analytics
• Franchise experience preferred, especially in launching or scaling operations
• Proficiency with business management and financial software systems
• Strategic and solutions-oriented mindset with leadership presence and stakeholder influence skills

Compensation & Benefits 💼

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000–$300,000 depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses linked to growth metrics and franchise milestones. Benefits include:
