Position Overview

The Director of Enrollment Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive student recruitment, marketing, and retention strategies aligned with Rochambeau’s multilingual and multicultural mission. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this role oversees the entire enrollment lifecycle and collaborates across departments to communicate the school's unique value proposition effectively. 📊📣

Key Responsibilities

Enrollment Management

  • Design and implement a strategic recruitment, enrollment, and retention plan that aligns with Rochambeau’s mission.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to promote program offerings and enhance enrollment strategies.
  • Analyze enrollment data to inform strategic decisions and future initiatives.
  • Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to final matriculation, ensuring a positive experience for prospects.
  • Oversee re-enrollment efforts, analyze retention data, and develop strategies to retain current families.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain alumni contact information.
  • Organize recruitment events such as open houses and fairs to attract prospective students.
  • Enhance the Parent Ambassadors program to support admissions efforts.
  • Build strong relationships within the school community and with external organizations.

Marketing Management

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to elevate the school's brand and programs.
  • Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, both digital and print.
  • Utilize digital marketing platforms (social media, email, SEO) to engage prospective families.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics accordingly.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with academic and student services teams to align initiatives.
  • Engage with external partners, feeder schools, and local organizations to promote Rochambeau and build partnerships.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage the annual budget for enrollment and marketing activities.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively to optimize outcomes.

Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and mentor a team of enrollment and marketing professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
  • Support Rochambeau’s vision and strategic plans.
  • Participate in the Financial Aid Committee to develop policies supporting socio-economic diversity.
  • Perform additional duties related to the role as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in enrollment management and marketing, preferably in private education.
  • Proven success in developing and executing enrollment strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Reliable attendance, including availability evenings and weekends.
  • Three professional references with contact information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Native-level bilingual proficiency in French and English strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the French Education Curriculum is a plus.

Physical & Additional Notes

This position requires mobility across campuses for events and tours, sitting or standing for extended periods, and lifting materials up to 25 pounds as needed.
