As our AMEX Director, you'll lead the development and execution of bold strategies, oversee key markets in Latin America and North America, and collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve exceptional success.
How You Will Contribute 🌎
- Drive Strategic Point-of-Sales Execution: Innovate and implement strategies that amplify brand visibility and engage consumers effectively.
- Champion In-Store Excellence: Oversee in-store activities—including distribution, promo, and shelving—to surpass performance goals.
- Lead Trade Optimization: Negotiate trade deals and optimize spending strategies for maximum ROI and competitive edge.
- Cultivate Key Account Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships for joint growth and alignment.
- Establish a Culture of Best Practices: Promote collaboration by sharing best practices across sales, tools, activation, and impulse strategies in the region.
Main Responsibilities 📋
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for the Latin America and North America regions. Manage budgets and present updates to senior management.
- Performance Management & Communication: Track and communicate sales performance metrics transparently and responsibly.
- Marketing Investment Optimization: Strategically allocate and analyze marketing budgets to maximize brand growth and return.
- Channel Development & Expansion: Lead the creation of channel-specific marketing and distribution strategies to expand reach.
- Portfolio Management & Collaboration: Align strategies for core and non-core products with leadership and partners.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing export business team, fostering innovation and excellence.
What You Will Bring 🎯
- Extensive Leadership Experience: Proven success managing teams within FMCG/CPG sectors, including sales, key accounts, and brand management.
- Deep Market Knowledge: Expertise in trade environments across relevant regions and leverage points.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders and foster strong relationships at all levels.
- Language Proficiency: Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel 40-50% internationally.
Position Details & Compensation 💼
The base salary range for this role is $141,000 - $246,750, depending on experience, skills, and education. The role includes participation in a competitive bonus program, with opportunities for overachievement, alongside long-term incentives.
Additional benefits include health insurance, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, retirement plans, paid leave, educational support, holidays, and vacation. Some benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
Relocation support is available within the country; international candidates may receive minimal support through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.

Job Requirements & Qualifications 📌
- Minimum of 15 years in the CPG industry with emphasis on marketing, trade marketing, sales, and export logistics.
- At least 5 years of experience managing third-party distributors across trade channels.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret market trends.
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Availability for 40-50% international travel.
